GFTeam Summer Martial Arts Adventure Camp 2026
What makes our summer camp different than others in the community?
Unlike regular summer camps that focus solely on "keeping kids busy" with arts and crafts, every hour at GFTeam is intentional. We’ve designed a daily routine that balances high-energy martial arts training with engaging leadership activities and structured exercise. We don’t just "watch" your kids; we level them up.
The GFTeam Difference
The Martial Arts Advantage
At GFTeam, we use the mat as a classroom for life. While other camps might fill the day with passive activities, we prioritize physical and mental growth:
• Unshakable Confidence: Through Jiu-Jitsu and martial arts drills, kids learn to overcome physical challenges, teaching them that they are capable of achieving anything they set their minds to.
• Laser-Like Focus: Our training requires concentration and discipline. We teach campers how to listen, follow complex instructions, and stay present—skills that carry over directly into the classroom.
• Real-World Anti-Bullying: We empower children with the "bully-proof" mindset. By learning effective self-defense techniques, kids gain the confidence to stand tall, speak up, and handle difficult situations with poise and resilience.
• Character & Leadership: Every session emphasizes respect—for themselves, their instructors, and their peers. We foster a "leader-in-training" environment where teamwork and resilience are the core goals.
Weekly Themes & Costumes
Every week is a new world at GFTeam! Kids are welcome to wear costumes to match our rotating themes. Our staff joins the fun in full gear, transforming the gym into an exciting, interactive environment that keeps kids engaged and inspired all day long!

Less Screens, More Active Exercise
In a world of iPads and sitting, we choose action.
Our camp is built on a Strict No-Electronics Policy. We believe summer should be spent staying fit, not scrolling.
High-Intensity Training: Daily martial arts and fitness sessions that build coordination, strength, and stamina.
Stay Active Every Day: From WildPlay to Ninja Jump parks, our field trips are designed to keep kids moving.
Real Social Interaction: Kids build lifelong friendships through face-to-face play, sports, and team-building exercises.
Combat the "Summer Slump": We ensure your child returns to school physically fit and mentally sharper through consistent daily exercise.
