BJJ KIDS
TINY GRAPPLERS
(Ages 3–5)
Our youngest students are introduced to Jiu-Jitsu through playful games and simple movements that develop coordination and balance. Classes are short, dynamic, and designed to keep children engaged while learning basic positions and mat etiquette.
Beyond the physical benefits, Tiny Grapplers start building focus and social skills. They learn to listen, follow instructions, and show respect to their coaches and classmates — values that support their growth at home and in school.
