KARATE KIDS & TEENS

TINY STRIKERS 

(Ages 3–5)
 

Our Tiny Strikers take their first steps into martial arts through fun and engaging classes that build strong bodies and confident minds. Using games and foundational drills, children learn focus, balance, and body control while discovering the joy of movement.

Beyond physical development, the program introduces values like discipline, respect, and perseverance. Kids begin to understand what it means to work toward a goal, listen to instruction, and celebrate progress while having fun and feeling proud of their achievements.

LITTLE STRIKERS 

(Ages 6–9)
 

In the Little Strikers program, students continue their martial arts journey with greater structure and purpose. Based on the principles of Shotokan and Kyokushin Karate, this stage emphasizes discipline, respect, and leadership as kids start their path toward earning a black belt.

Classes focus on developing body control, coordination, and focus through striking techniques and sparring fundamentals. Students also begin to explore resilience, teamwork, and sportsmanship, learning how to win and lose with confidence and humility.

JUNIOR STRIKERS 

(Ages 10–13)
 

The Junior Strikers program builds on the foundations of discipline, respect, and leadership while introducing teamwork and cooperation as key elements of training. Students refine their striking techniques, movement, and control as they prepare for more advanced levels of Karate.

In this stage, students begin to experience competitive settings in both in-house and external tournaments. They learn to face challenges with resilience and sportsmanship, developing confidence, self-reflection, and a sense of responsibility that serve them on and off the mats.

TEEN STRIKERS 

(Ages 13-17)
 

The Teen Strikers program bridges traditional Karate with modern striking arts such as Kickboxing and Boxing. Designed for teens ready to take ownership of their training, it emphasizes respect, discipline, and leadership, helping them become role models within the GFTeam community.

Classes challenge students to grow physically and mentally while developing grit, perseverance, and self-awareness. They learn to set goals, overcome fears, and build the confidence to lead in martial arts and in everyday life.
