BJJ TEENS & ADULTS

Our Teens & Adults Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program is grounded in high-level technical instruction and a strong sense of belonging. Here, students train with purpose, learn from experienced coaches, and grow together.

BJJ BEGINNER

(White to 1 stripe)
 

Our Beginner program introduces new students to the foundations of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Classes focus on essential movements, basic techniques, and body control before progressing to more complex drills and sparring.

Students develop strength, conditioning, and flexibility while learning the principles of balance and self-defense. This stage helps build confidence and a solid foundation in BJJ, preparing you to advance to the Fundamentals program.

Class Access: Beginner BJJ classes only

BJJ FUNDAMENTALS

(White 2+ stripes)
 

The Fundamentals program builds on the skills learned in the Beginner classes, connecting techniques through more dynamic drills and controlled sparring. Students work on timing, reaction, and strategy while deepening their understanding of key grappling concepts.

Training includes takedowns, sweeps, submissions, and escapes, all taught through structured practice and expert guidance. This stage helps refine technique and improve endurance, preparing students for Blue Belt promotion.


Program Prerequisites: White Belt – 2 Stripes
Class Access: Beginner, Fundamentals, or No-Gi BJJ classes

BJJ ADVANCED 
 

The Advanced program challenges students to refine details that elevate their BJJ practice. Classes emphasize precision, transitions, pressure control, and deeper self-analysis through intensive training and live sparring.

Students focus on maintaining consistency, discipline, and a healthy lifestyle as they progress toward black belt. This stage is designed for experienced practitioners looking to master advanced concepts and techniques.


Program Prerequisites: Blue Belt – 0 Stripes
Class Access: Beginner, Fundamentals, Advanced, or No-Gi BJJ classes
