Program Description

Our Junior Samurai classes are designed to improve strength, power, cardio, and flexibility.Students will be taught more challenging techniques, drills and begin to spar with one another. Safety, respect for Instructors and classmates are always expected and ensured.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 5 to 6 pm / Saturday from 9 to 10 am

  • Development of Focus & Self-control
  • Self Defence Techniques
  • Strength & Cardio Conditioning

PROGRAM GOALS

  • Build upon the child’s knowledge of body mechanics and how to move their bodies properly
  • Focus on developing their movements adapted for Jiu-Jitsu and improve their ability to move better
  • Become familiar and used to competitive situations through in-house and outside tournaments to learn how to win and lose with sportsmanship 
  • Teach them resilience and the process of working hard to achieve your goals, self-reflect to find areas in need of improvement and face their fears and overcome challenges
