We are moving to the Zen Planner system to handle administrative and programming as of November 1st, 2020. This means that you will now be doing all your booking using the Zen Planner Member app. A few things we want to mention and we also wanted to show you how to book using your mobile app while you are on the go.
Class booking restrictions
With the Covid restrictions and smaller class sizes and caps on total bodies in the facility at any given time, we are placing some restrictions on how you can book going forward. This is to ensure fairness so that everyone can train during the available class times.
- You can only book a class seven (7) days prior to the start of the class you wish to book.
- Class reservations will be locked down five (5) minutes prior to the start of the class you wish to book.
- To prevent last minute cancellations, cancellations are locked one (1) hour prior to the start of the class you wish to book.
Reserving Classes on the Member App
Zen Planner’s Member App makes it easy for members to make reservations for classes. Here’s a quick visual guide on how it works within the Member App. First, log into the Member App using your credentials.
Next, you’ll see the Calendar. On the right side of the Calendar, any classes with open reservations will have a “Reserve” star. Tap the Reserve star to reserve a spot in that class.
Finally, tap into Reservations to review your upcoming Reservations. You can also tap into an upcoming reservation to Cancel it (depending on your gym’s or studio’s settings).
